HY212 and HY214 are Maleic modified abietic resin with light color and good stability. Theyt are produced with rosin and unsatu-rated polybasic acids. They can be used for phenolic lacquer, polyester and nitrolacquer.

Properties:
1. Stable color, no yellowing; good thermal stability and high adhesive force.
2. Soluble in coal tar oil, esters and turpentine; insoluble in alcohols and vegetable oil.

1. For paints and coating industries.
2. For hotmelt adhesives.
3. For photogravure ink.
